Cirond Amarium acquired ServGate

Open Letter to ServGate Management and Employees
(emailed to all ServGate management and employee on March 21, 2006)

Dear ServGate management and employees:

We, a small and helpless vendor of your company, need your help.

Facts:

We are EPK Translations (www.epktrans.com), based in Beijing. We started providing translation service to your company since May 7, 2003. In the beginning, your company paid us on time, so we gave our full trust to your company and kept working hard. Then when we realized that we would not be able to get paid, it was too late - we are now due US$9,500, incurred during a 3-year period. We asked repeatedly that we be paid, as we are a small company, can not afford big losses, and this amount is very big to us, and means a huge amount of time spent before a computer, translating and translating. We were told verbally and in writing many a time that we will be paid...soon...about two months...next month...before Christmas...but we still haven't seen the payment, and perhaps will never.

What we don't understand:

Compared to us, ServGate is gigantic: It has esteemed dignitaries in its Board and Executive Team, and so many successful people working for it. We assume it can afford US$9,500 / three-year salary for an employee, but it won't pay the same amount to a vendor owed to it and for which this impoverished vendor had been working hard to earn. Why?

We thought there is a basic ethical rule that the whole world was relying on: When Party A borrows money from Party B, Party A would try his very best and ASAP to pay off his debt, so he will have a clear conscience and would not let Party B suffer. But the situation between ServGate and us now is: we'd rather you suffer, than we suffer. Why?

We are a small company, but we can not dream that we would owe anyone anything, employees or vendors, we would not have a clear conscience. We are small and obscurer, but we, like people all over the world, abide by moral principles that we are proud of and will forever uphold, and just based on which, we had been providing your company with services. But we were let down.

Why we write you all:

We are in dire need of help, but being a small and helpless company, we don't know of other ways to get it. And we have so many questions that we need to find out the answers for.

You are welcome to contact us for facts and information on: service@epktrans.com

Thank you very much for your kindness!
EPK Translations.
